Personal Injury

David is regularly instructed by claimants in fast track trials, particularly those involving allegations of fundamental dishonesty. He also recently appeared in the High Court, led by Andrew Ward, representing the MOD in a trial of fundamental dishonesty in a non-freezing cold injury claim.

In his paper practice, David advises and drafts pleadings/schedules of loss in matters valued in excess of £100k. He particularly enjoys advising on more technical areas of personal injury litigation, such as road traffic claims against foreign drivers.
