David is instructed on several ongoing commercial disputes valued at over £1m, led by Louis Browne KC.

David is led in the collective proceedings in Road Haulage Association & another v MAN SE & others, representing the Road Haulage Association in a claim against European truck manufacturers. He has also been led on the following competition matters:

• David Courtney Boyle v Govia Thameslink Railway Limited & others: representing Mr Boyle in standalone collective proceedings against Govia Thameslink and its parent companies alleging an abuse of a dominant position.
• Mr Flavio de Carvalho Pinto Viegas & others v Mr José Luis Cutrale & others: representing Brazilian orange farmers in a cartel damages claim, proceeding in the Commercial Court but applying Brazilian law (including on limitation).
