David has experience of Inquests arising out of deaths in custody (including private prisons) and deaths following medical intervention. Married to a hospital doctor, he has a particular interest in the latter field and can be relied on for his clear, logical analysis and common sense.
David’s most recent Inquest was at York Coroner’s Court. It concerned the death of a serving prisoner (JF) in hospital following medical intervention. There was a finding of natural causes.
