Beth is happy to accept instructions across a range of wills, trusts, and probate matters; she has experience in relation to wills and trusts issues in the following contexts:

• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;
• Contested applications to remove executors;
• Challenges to the validity of wills (including on the basis of a lack of testamentary capacity and undue influence);
