Alex has experience in high value military PI claims, acting only for service personnel.

He has particular experience in claims arising from accidents during military training and on deployment, road traffic accidents, and freezing and non-freezing cold injuries. He has a broad knowledge of military claims and is familiar with the armed forces employment structure and the complex quantum issues that arise (including loss of promotion prospects, loss of earnings/ pension, loss of service benefits).

Alex recently acted for a soldier who suffered serious orthopaedic and psychiatric injuries while on deployment. The case was complex in terms of causation and quantification, given the Claimant’s promising military career was at an early stage. The case settled as a joint settlement meeting for a substantial six-figure sum.
