County Lines Drugs Case – Operation Tyke ends successfully for John Wyn Williams

John Wyn Williams from Exchange Chambers appeared for his client in a Operation Tyke – a Conspiracy to supply Class A drugs involving the supply of cocaine and heroin over county lines between Liverpool and Cheshire.
Following cross examination of the Officer in the Case and the Intelligence Analyst, the Prosecution accepted a plea to a lesser charge under section 45 of the Serious Crime Act 2015 which allowed the Judge to pass a suspended sentence.
