Nick Roxborough joins Exchange Chambers

Exchange Chambers has welcomed Nick Roxborough as a new member of chambers.

Called to the Bar in 2022, Nick specialises in criminal law and has built a busy practice prosecuting and defending cases in the Crown Court.

Nick regularly deals with cases ranging from robbery to drug trafficking, conspiracy and possession with intent to supply. He has represented defendants in serious cases, including high-volume drug trafficking, and has secured acquittals in matters involving serious violence and fraud. He has also been successful on numerous occasions in having matters dismissed before and during trial on technical grounds. He is well versed in motoring matters and has successfully argued against driving disqualifications in many cases.

Nick also prosecutes and has been instructed in cases involving serious violence, domestic abuse, sexual offences, drugs, fraud and weapons offences. He is a Level 2 CPS Prosecutor.
