February 11, 2026
Nia Marshall from Exchange Chambers has been shortlisted in multiple categories at the Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2026.
Hosted by The Global Legal Post, the awards recognise outstanding women leaders and practitioners, as well as legal teams and organisations driving meaningful change across the legal profession.
Nia has been shortlisted for Diversity Champion of the Year – Barrister and Mentor of the Year.
In addition, International [Future] Barrister Mentorship – a three-stage programme founded by Nia to support international applicants seeking to pursue the Bar in England and Wales – has been shortlisted for Not-for-Profit Organisation or Representative Body of the Year.
The shortlist was selected from nearly 350 entries across 32 categories and includes 82 law firms and chambers – from global giants to boutique practices – alongside 27 other businesses and more than a dozen not-for-profit organisations.
Nia Marshall said:
“It is an honour to be recognised alongside so many individuals and organisations working to improve diversity and access within the legal profession. Supporting aspiring barristers, particularly those from international backgrounds, is something I care deeply about.”
The winners will be announced on 28 April at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
