Leading Yorkshire Solicitor transfers to the Bar and joins Exchange Chambers

One of Yorkshire’s leading criminal solicitors has transferred to the Bar and joined Exchange Chambers in Leeds.

Sean Smith, Managing Partner at O’Garras Solicitors since 1999, has gained a reputation for dealing with heavyweight cases, such as money laundering, drug trafficking and murder.  He also has extensive experience representing those who are facing prosecution for road traffic offences.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and gained Higher Rights of Audience as a Solicitor Advocate in 2002, Sean has acted in cases right across the country including the Specialist Fraud Court at Southwark and the Old Bailey.
