Kevin Slack appointed as Circuit Judge

Exchange Chambers is proud to announce that Kevin Slack has been appointed as a Circuit Judge.

Kevin Slack will be known as His Honour Judge Slack. He was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1997. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, in 2021. He was also appointed as a Recorder in 2022.

The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court, with effect from 5 November 2025.
