John Wyn Williams joins Exchange Chambers

Exchange Chambers has further strengthened its regulatory expertise with the arrival of John Wyn Williams as its latest member.
Called to the Bar in 1992, John joins Exchange Chambers from Linenhall Chambers. As a senior regulatory barrister, he has acted for a number of companies and Local Authorities dealing with a wide range of Regulatory issues.
John’s extensive experience includes acting for the Environment Agency and Companies in Air Pollution and Waste cases while he also has an in depth knowledge of Water Pollution cases. He is also a senior Criminal Practitioner who Defends and Prosecutes serious matters in the Crown Court. John has defended and prosecuted Homicide and Serious Rape cases and has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex historical sexual allegations. He is expert at dealing with Children and vulnerable adults. He is also on the CPS Specialist Rape Panel.
