Exchange Chambers has been recognised in three award categories at the Chambers UK Bar Awards 2026.

Exchange has been shortlisted for Regional Set of the Year, having previously won the same award in 2021 and 2024, while Pankaj Madan has been shortlisted for Personal Injury Junior of the Year. In the DEI Awards, Natasha Khalique and Jess Best have been shortlisted for the Outstanding Contribution accolade.

The nomination represents further recognition for Pankaj, who was named Personal Injury Junior of the Year at the Legal 500 Bar Awards 2025, while Natasha Khalique was also named Barrister of the Year at the recent Manchester Legal Awards.

The Chambers UK Bar Awards 2026, taking place on 12 November, celebrate outstanding achievement across the Bar. Grounded in the extensive research undertaken for the Chambers UK Bar Guide, the awards recognise barristers, sets and legal teams for excellence in advocacy, client service, casework and their contribution to the profession.

The nominations follow Exchange achieving its best-ever rankings in this year’s Chambers UK Bar directory.

In total, Exchange barristers received a record 111 individual rankings across 30 practice areas, with members recognised as leaders in their fields across the Northern and North Eastern Circuits and The Regions.

“Being shortlisted for Regional Set of the Year is a tremendous credit to the outstanding efforts of all our members and staff and reflects the collective strength of Chambers,” said Jonathan I’Anson, Chief Executive at Exchange Chambers.

“Congratulations to Pankaj, Natasha and Jess, and to everyone across Chambers who has contributed to these nominations.”
