Exchange Chambers congratulates Paul Hodgkinson on appointment as Circuit Judge

Exchange Chambers is delighted to congratulate Paul Hodgkinson on his appointment as a Circuit Judge.

Paul Hodgkinson will be known as His Honour Judge Hodgkinson. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2002. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2019.

The Lady Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Preston Crown Court, with effect from 10 November 2025.

Paul Hodgkinson’s appointment follows the announcement made on 29 October that Kevin Slack has also been appointed as a Circuit Judge.
