April 22, 2015

David Temkin has secured the unanimous acquittal of a senior detective constable after a six day trial at Liverpool Crown Court. DC Ciara Campbell faced eleven charges under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Computer Misuse Act 1990 arising from her alleged abuse of police computer systems between 2010 and 2014. David was instructed by Alan Greenidge of Slater & Gordon Lawyers.  Alan commented, “David’s work on this case was truly exemplary. His preparation, client care and advocacy were first rate. Our client was profuse in her praise of David prior to her acquittal which speaks volumes for the quality of work he put into this case.”
