Court of Appeal Success for Alex Menary

Alex Menary from Exchange Chambers has successfully appealed the sentence imposed on a 3rd-strike drug dealer for drugs and money laundering offences.
Acting on a pro bono basis in person, Alex persuaded the Court (Davis LJ, May J, Recorder of Reading) that the original sentencing process was flawed, and that the sentence ultimately passed was manifestly excessive, leading to a significant reduction in the overall sentence passed.
