Andrew Vinson re-appointed to the Legal Services Panel of the Government of the Virgin Islands

November 28, 2025

Following a competitive application process, the Government of the Virgin Islands has renewed Andrew Vinson’s membership of its Legal Services Panel for a further two years.

Andrew is one of a small list of appointees which also includes leading silks and international lawyers. The role of the Panel is to advise and represent the Government of the Virgin Islands, and Andrew will be able to bring his expertise in Company, Insolvency, Property and Contractual litigation to bear in assisting the Government.

This continuing appointment stands alongside Andrew’s consistently busy domestic practice in these areas.

Andrew is already a long-standing member of the Attorney General’s Regional A Panel in England and Wales, and has advised and represented government departments and agencies in relation to many high-profile insolvencies, director disqualification actions and government development projects.

He was appointed to the inaugural BVI panel in 2023 and will now continue to accept instructions as a member of it.
