Andrew Petterson secures acquittal in cyber money laundering trial

The defendant was acquitted of using Bitcoin to money launder amounts in excess of £100,000.
The fraud from which the monies came was international and the allegation involved the use of Bitcoin to launder the money. The trial involved evidence as to the practise in the trade of Bitcoin and its potential use in money laundering.
