One of Wales' leading silks has joined Exchange Chambers as a door tenant.
John Charles Rees QC who was called to the Bar in 1972 and appointed Queens Counsel in 1991 specialises in heavy crime and serious fraud in particular.

The arrival of John Charles Rees QC is a significant development for Exchange Chambers and its specialist fraud team.
