Exchange Chambers today hosted the UK’s largest Local Government and Social Housing seminar - with over 250 delegates attending Liverpool Town Hall.
The day-long seminar – run by Exchange Chambers’ Local Government & Social Housing Department – included a range of presentations from over 20 barristers at Exchange Chambers. There was also an introduction from local historian Dr Frank Carlyle.
Commenting on the seminar, Paul Burns, Head of the Local Government & Social Housing Department at Exchange Chambers, said
“Today’s seminar was tremendously well attended and the feedback from delegates has been excellent.
“As a flagship building in the heart of the city, Liverpool Town Hall was the perfect venue for a seminar of this magnitude.”
The seminar covered an extensive range of topics including Anti-Social Behaviour, Housing Management, Human Rights, Homelessness, Commercial Law & Mediation, Criminal Law, Employment Law, Family Law, Judicial Review and Personal Injury.
