Andy Cole, Director of HMRC’s Special Investigations Unit, is a guest speaker at Exchange Chambers’ Inaugural Fraud Seminar which takes place at Lancashire Cricket Club on 25 November 2010.
Andy will talk about the widely debated, Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility (LDF), a bespoke service to support the reviews to be carried out by the Financial Intermediaries in Liechtenstein to identify those who may have liability to UK tax. The LDF allows people with unpaid tax linked to investments or assets in Liechtenstein to settle their tax liability under this special arrangement.
