Exchange Chambers has further strengthened its ever expanding criminal department with the arrival of Jason MacAdam as its latest member.
Jason MacAdam was called to the Bar in 1990 and joins Exchange Chambers from 9 St John Street in Manchester. He has a heavyweight criminal practice - particularly in respect of fraud and regulatory breach matters, prosecutions commenced by the SFO, DTI, CPS, ARA and Trading Standards. Inquests are a further area of specialism.
Commenting on his decision to join Exchange Chambers, Jason MacAdam said:
“Exchange Chambers has a tremendously strong criminal department and I am looking forward to further developing my practice within such a progressive and forward thinking environment.”
Exchange Chambers has developed a particularly strong reputation in the field of fraud and hosts a regular North West Fraud Forum for the region’s leading solicitors.
Said Director of Chambers, Tom Handley:
“Fraud is a growth area for Chambers and instructions are continuing to increase. With such a strong reputation in this field, Jason’s practice is ideally suited to Chambers and we are delighted to welcome him on board.”
