Paul Burns of Exchange Chambers will speak on “Anti-Social Behaviour Law” at a major Social Housing Conference to be held at the Liverpool BT Convention Centre on 5th November 2010.
The “Changing Times” themed conference is aimed at local authorities, registered providers, housing management organisations and a wide range of housing professionals including barristers, solicitors, board members and those working within social housing and regeneration.
Paul’s practice focuses on advising and representing local authorities and registered providers. He was named “Barrister of the Year 2009-2010” at the Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards and is the only barrister to be independently ranked as a leader in the fields of social housing and local government law in Chambers UK where he is noted for his "incredible level of expertise … You know you'll get the best representation out there when you instruct him and you know he'll always do a damn good job for you”.
Other notable speakers at the conference include Ian Alderson (Partner, Brabners Chaffe St), Max Steinberg (Chief Executive, Liverpool Vision) and Deborah McLaughlin (Regional Director, Homes and Communities Agency).
