Bill undertakes most areas of civil litigation but specialises in property litigation, including landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential) and housing. He is described in the Legal 500 as being “very knowledgeable in property litigation”. He also undertakes professional negligence arising out of his practice areas and judicial review, including judicial review of housing and immigration decisions. Bill is the author of “Defective Premises: Law and Practice” published by Sweet and Maxwell in 2008 and a number of articles and case notes. He also regularly lectures for Liverpool Law Society and CLT.
