Bill undertakes most areas of chancery and commercial law but specialises in property litigation, including landlord and tenant (both commercial and residential) and housing. He is described in the Legal 500 as being “very knowledgeable in property litigation”. Bill is the author of Defective Premises Law and Practice published by Sweet and Maxwell in 2008 and sits part-time as an immigration judge of both the First and Upper Tiers.
Bill also undertakes work involving:
· Co-ownership disputes including trust and related issues
· Inheritance Act and family provision claims
· Professional negligence especially solicitor’s negligence including lost litigation claims in family litigation.
