Simon continues to pursue an eclectic practice that concentrates upon all aspects of commercial and administrative law, personal injury and clinical negligence.
His practice also covers all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law with a particular emphasis upon Public Sector Housing, possession proceedings (including anti-social behaviour), disrepair and homelessness appeals under section 204 of the Housing Act 1996.
Simon is also a Credit Hire specialist.
