As a criminal practitioner, Richard is regularly instructed in vehicle-related cases, including frauds, car-ringing and trading standards prosecutions. He is currently representing a number of professional footballers and a Senior Director of Northern Ireland’s biggest haulage firm, who has allegedly persuaded his drivers to falsify their tachograph records.
