I joined Exchange Chambers in January 2000. I have a First Class Honours Degree in Law and the Postgraduate Degree of Bachelor of Civil Law, Balliol College, Oxford. I am Treasury Counsel.

- what constitutes reasonable time off for trade union activities?
- the scope of DDA 1995 in relation to an employee with epilepsy.
Substantial advisory work
Acting for both Claimants and Defendants in connection with disputes including;
- breach of employment obligations e.g. breach of restrictive covenants and breach of confidence.
- knowledge and experience of procurement related issues under the Public Contracts Regulations 2006
- TUPE
- advising local authorities and companies on a wide range of employment matters including human rights law.
- Discrimination
- Pyschiatric injuries in the workplace.
