Lee became a tenant in 2011 after successful completion of a mixed common law pupillage, during which he spent time with members of the criminal, personal injury and family departments. He is keen to maintain a mixed practice and to accept instructions in all aspects of common law.
Prior to starting at Exchange, Lee worked as a paralegal for a busy claimant personal injury firm, where he gained first-hand experience of fast track personal injury cases. He developed an appreciation of how counsel can assist, both formally and informally, in the litigation process.
Lee acts for both claimant and defendant in PI and credit hire cases. He regularly appears in small claims trials and has successfully brought claims on the fast track. In addition, he has experience of a wide range of applications hearings, case management conferences and disposal hearings. He is able to offer a fast turnaround of papers and a personable approach to conferences with clients.
