Lee became a tenant in 2011 after successful completion of a mixed common law pupillage, during which he spent time with members of the criminal, personal injury and family departments. He is keen to maintain a mixed practice and to accept instructions in all aspects of common law.
Lee has acted in a number of private law cases involving contact, residence and prohibitive steps orders and has experience of ancillary relief applications and enforcing court orders through committal proceedings.
