Kim Whittlestone
Kim was called to the Bar in 1994 and established a strong and successful practice in London before moving back to her native North West in 2005 to join Exchange Chambers.
Since joining Exchange Chambers Kim’s career has gone from strength to strength and she has continued to build on her already impressive criminal practice in such areas as:
• Homicide
• Drugs conspiracies
• Serious violence
• Robbery
• Sexual offences
• Fraud & money laundering
• Theft
She has recently been appointed as a Category 4 Prosecutor and has been selected to act on behalf of the General Medical Council.
Kim is also a board member of the Cumbria University Institute of Policing and Criminal Justice and has also assisited in training videos for the Judicial Studies Board and training for law students in the Cumbrian area.
