 1.  A surveyor’s negligence dispute concerning the valuation of a public house;

 2.  A dispute over compensation for disturbance to a business caused by the

      shadow of a CPO with a delayed GVD;

 3.  A solicitor’s negligence case concerning a loss of chance to acquire more than a

      way of necessity to otherwise landlocked land;

 4.  A solicitor’s negligence case involving a purchase with bridging finance which

      was completed without there being sufficient funds to discharge a prior charge;

 5.  A nuisance/trespass dispute involving neighbouring commercial tenants with

      large vehicles and conflicting needs for access/egress over the common right of

      way to their premises;
