Emma Bennett
Emma’s civil and commercial practice encompasses the following areas:
- Contractual Disputes
- Possession proceedings
- Anti-social behaviour injunctions and committals
- Return of goods
- Insolvency
Recent work includes numerous orders for sale, return of goods, bankruptcy petitions and all manner of possessions proceedings. Emma has provided advice to a gas supplier as to the interpretation and enforceability of their standard terms and conditions, and has been successful, following trial, for enforcement of a directors guarantee agreement.
Prior to coming to the bar Emma lectured on the LLB course in Contract and Land Law.
