Edward Bartley Jones Q.C.

 

Edward has extensive experience of all aspects of property law.  He acts for regional and national property companies and developers and local authorities.  Called to the Bar in 1975 he took Silk in 1997 and has been a Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn since 2007.

 

He is a Deputy High Court Judge, having sat in the Chancery Division since 2002. He also now sits in the Queen’s Bench Division and Administrative Court.  He is a former Chairman of the Northern Chancery Bar Association.

 

He has been consistently recommended in Chambers and Partners Directory as a Leading Q.C. in (amongst others) the fields of Chancery and Social Housing.  Recently reported property related cases as counsel include the following :-
