Dr. Digby Jess
Digby has been at the bar for 30 years and has a wide range of experience in many different types of civil litigation. He was Treasury Counsel (Northern Region) 1993-2002 when his work spanned a great variety of disputes (negligence, nuisance, statutory duty). He has a particular specialisation in professional negligence claims and associated insurance aspects. Digby can also offer advocacy and advice as regards disciplinary proceedings. Digby has 7 years’ experience as a Legal Assessor to the GMC Fitness to Practise panels and sits on the Disciplinary Committee of the ACCA, so can bring this knowledge to bear on the full range of disciplinary procedures across all professions.
