Within Public Law/Judicial Review work, David’s main area of interest is Licensing Law.
David has extensive experience of Licensing hearings, particularly following the changes brought about by the Licensing Act 2003. He has appeared before Licensing Sub-Committees all over the country. He has relevant experience in the Magistrates and Crown Courts. He has also represented parties on appeal.
