Practice David has significant experience of local authority work. He has prosecuted and defended in the following areas: • Benefit Fraud • Health & Safety • Trading Standards • Licensing • Data Protection • Fly-tipping • Anti-Social Behaviour David is a Grade 4 CPS Advocate and in 2006 was appointed to the Attorney-General’s Unified List of Prosecutors. He is regularly instructed by the Revenue and Customs Prosections Office and by various local councils around the North West.
