Chris Gutteridge
Chris is interested in all aspects of housing law and is regularly instructed by landlords. He will aim to turn around advisory work and drafting within 7 days of receipt and can attend to instructions more promptly if requested to.
Chris’ experience includes:
· Possession and demotion proceedings
· Disrepair claims
· Homelessness litigation
· Judicial review
Chris also has experience of:
· Applications for anti-social behaviour orders and injunctions
· Committal applications
Chris is always happy to deliver seminars in legal developments, practice and procedure (either at Chambers or elsewhere)
