Chris has a busy insolvency practice and is experienced in dealing with all forms of insolvency regime. He regularly provides insolvency litigation and advisory services in relation to:
• The implementation, continuation and termination of regimes;
• Asset recovery;

• Misfeasance, preferences and transactional avoidance provisions;
• Directors’ disqualification;
