Adrian Farrow
Adrian has extensive experience of prosecuting and defending criminal cases brought by local authorities in respect of fraud, trading standards and environmental health investigations and the associated restraint and confiscation proceedings. His prosecuting experience makes him the ideal choice of counsel for prosecuting authorities, who can draw on his practical knowledge of case preparation throughout from the pre-summons stage to the end of the case.
His defence work, particularly in counterfeit goods and multi-handed fraud cases, has taken him to courts nationwide, with impressive results. Recently, Adrian has broadened his work to incorporate regulatory work involving health and safety and food safety cases.
