Richard Tetlow

Practice

Richard is a junior member of the insolvency team and has a wide ranging practice in the insolvency sphere, covering advocacy, advice and drafting, including in the following areas:

 

·         the commencement, continuation and termination of insolvency regimes;

·         transactions at an undervalue, preferences and other insolvency-related misfeasance;

·         asset recovery in the insolvency context.

 

Richard also practises across the commercial and chancery field and is well placed to deal with disputes and matters involving insolvency as well as these areas.

 

Richard acts on behalf of both office holders and those subject to insolvency proceedings.
