Laura Jane Gooding

Laura practises predominantly in the field of Personal Injury. She has particular interest in cases involving Employers Liability and Highway Tripping claims and she undertakes work for both Claimants and Defendants including Local Authority cases.

Laura has a wide range of experience in the Fast Track Personal Injury Litigation with particular expertise in claims in the following:-

   Stress related claims

 * Highway Tripping claims involving credibility issues

    and the statutory defence
