Jonathan’s practice covers all aspects of both personal and corporate insolvency and the various insolvency regimes.

 

He acts on behalf of both office-holders and individuals.

 

His insolvency practice regularly involves advice and advocacy covering the following:

 

 * The implementation, continuation and termination of the various insolvency regimes 

 * Asset recovery

 * Insolvency related actions and applications on behalf of office-holders and individuals

 * Actions on behalf of lenders and other creditors

 

Aside from insolvency work Jonathan’s practice covers a broad range of commercial and chancery work with particular emphasis on insurance, contractual disputes, banking and mortgage litigation, professional negligence and trusts litigation.
