Emma Bennett

Emma is briefed in multi and fast track liability and quantum trials in addition to various interim applications in personal injury. She has particular experience in the following areas:

 * Road Traffic

 * Highways Act

 * Occupiers Liability

 * Employers Liability

 * Credit Hire

Emma practises in all areas of clinical negligence, acting for both claimants and defendants.  She has drafted statements of case and advised in claims involving doctors, dentists and nurses and appears in hearings in both the High Court and county courts. 

A large part of Emma’s practice is paperwork and she recognises that this needs to be turned around quickly. She is happy to discuss any instructions and give informal advice either over the phone or via email.
