Carly gained a First Class Honours degree in Law at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge and was the highest ranking student in her year on the Bar Vocational Course.

Carly’s practice covers all aspects of Chancery/Commercial Litigation. This includes:

 

Insolvency – both personal and corporate

Company and Partnership

Contractual Disputes

Sale of Goods

Banking, mortgage, guarantees and recovery of assets

Professional Negligence

Trusts, Property and Probate

Carly has assisted in cases concerning breach of Directors’ Duties, large scale corporate fraud, section 459 petitions, and an application to the Supreme Court of the Seychelles. Carly has also assisted in the reported decision of In the Matter of Lune Metal Products Ltd (in Administration) [2006] EWCA Civ 1720, and acted in relation to the publicised insolvency of Kwik Save.
