19th January – 4.30pm, Leeds chambers “The claimant is bankrupt does it really matter?" This talk will be given by Paul Kirtley and will discuss the pitfalls of dealing with a PI claim in circumstances where the claimant is or becomes insolvent before or during proceedings.
