Specialist practitioners deal with all aspects of tax litigation, tax advisory work and tax planning together with associated drafting. They accept instructions from taxpayers and HM Revenue and Customs and regularly appear before the VAT and Duties Tribunal, the General Commissioners and the Special Commissioners and on appeals from these tribunals.
