The Property Team has expertise in commercial, agricultural and residential property, both freehold and leasehold, contentious and non-contentious. We appear before all levels of tribunal, from the Supreme Court downwards, including the various specialist tribunals - the Adjudicator to HMLR, the Lands Chamber and the Agricultural Lands Tribunal. Our work frequently includes matters of trusts, equitable remedies, restitution, banking, insolvency, company law and professional liability. A recognised advantage of Chambers is that members of particular teams can if necessary call upon the expertise of colleagues specialising in other disciplines where they arise, so that a complete service can be provided.
