Led by "big name Bill Braithwaite QC...simply outstanding in cross examination" (Chambers UK 2004), the department boasts a wealth of expertise in handling the most severe catastrophic claims through to high volume paperwork. The department has four other silks, covering the areas of claimant / defendant personal injury and clinical negligence, supported by over twenty juniors.
