The team litigates and advises on all aspects of pensions law and practice. We are regularly instructed in pension disputes, from pensions ombudsman investigations to High Court litigation and appeals. We also undertake all non-contentious advisory work, including transactional matters, conflicts of interest, drafting pension documentation and taxation.
