Areas of work
Members of the criminal team have experience in criminal cases which involve detailed examination and questioning of specialised medical evidence in cases as diverse as manslaughter, “baby shaking”, child abuse and Legionnaires’ Disease. Members of the team appear to prosecute and defend in such cases throughout England and Wales. The team also act at hearings before the General Medical Council.
